On a recent family vacation to Tennessee, I was able to meet up with Paul, KY4BF and his lovely wife, Sandy. We ate at one of Paul’s Favorite Cajun Restaurants in Tennessee – Paw Paw’s Catfish Kitchen. As it turns out, the owner – Chris Buras and I knew several common acquaintances from “Down the Road” in Plaquemines Parish!
