W5PLT’s Oyster Soup


1 Stick Margarine Melted
1⁄2 cup Flour
1 Bunch Green Onions, Cut and Saute
1 Dozen Oysters
Whole Milk


  1. Melt 1 Stick of Margarine
  2. Sauté Green Onions
  3. Add 1/2 to 1 Cup of Flour so it starts to stick together
  4. Add Hot Whole Milk slowly little-by-little
  5. Put in Oyster Water and Oysters. It should be a Cream Soup and not too thin in consistency
  6. Add Parsley and Salt to Taste

Servings/Yield: 6 servings
