Make a creole spice mixture…..
1 tbls Salt
1 tbls Onion Powder
3/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp White pepper
1 tbls Thyme
2 tsp Hungarian paprika
1/4 tsp sage
1/4 tsp rosemary
1 tsp Ancho chili powder

1 1/2 pounds shrimp
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbls fresh lemon juice
< 4 to 6 tsp Creole spice mixture >
1 tsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups cold unsalted butter
French Bread

In a large skillet combine shrimp, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Creole seasoning and garlic. Cook over medium heat until shrimp are pink. Lower heat to medium. Stir in butter, a few cubes at a time, stirring/shaking constantly until butter melts. Continue adding butter ( a little at a time). When all butter is melted – serve in a bowl with French Bread!
