W5PLT’s Oyster Soup
Ingredients:
1 Stick Margarine Melted
1⁄2 cup Flour
1 Bunch Green Onions, Cut and Saute
1 Dozen Oysters
Whole Milk
Directions:
- Melt 1 Stick of Margarine
- Sauté Green Onions
- Add 1/2 to 1 Cup of Flour so it starts to stick together
- Add Hot Whole Milk slowly little-by-little
- Put in Oyster Water and Oysters. It should be a Cream Soup and not too thin in consistency
- Add Parsley and Salt to Taste
